Sub-Processors
SEEONDATA OÜ ("Datassier") engages the following sub-processors to assist in providing the Datassier platform. This list is maintained in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement ("DPA").
Datassier deliberately runs a small sub-processor footprint. Authentication, product analytics, monitoring, and error tracking are all first-party services operated by us on our own infrastructure — no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking providers process customer data.

First-party services (not sub-processors): user authentication and identity management, product usage analytics (Eve), infrastructure monitoring, and error tracking are operated by SEEONDATA OÜ on the infrastructure listed above. No additional third parties are involved in these functions.
Where a customer elects a customer-hosted deployment (warehouse and platform running in the customer's own cloud account), infrastructure sub-processors for that deployment are the customer's own vendors and are documented per engagement.
Third-Party Integrations (Not Sub-Processors)
When you connect third-party services to Datassier (such as QuickBooks, ERP systems, CRMs, or other business applications), those services are not Datassier sub-processors. They operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Datassier acts as a conduit, transmitting data between your account and those services based on your instructions and configured permissions.
The same applies to AI assistants and agents you connect to Datassier over MCP. Your AI provider processes queries and results under your agreement with that provider, not as a Datassier sub-processor. Datassier itself does not transmit customer data to any AI vendor.
You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms of any third-party service you connect.
Changes to This List
In accordance with our DPA (Section 6), we will notify customers at least 14 days in advance of any addition or replacement of a sub-processor. Notifications are sent via email to the account owner's registered email address.
If you object to a new sub-processor on data protection grounds, you may exercise your objection rights as described in Section 6.4 of the DPA.
Subscribe to Updates
To receive notifications about changes to this sub-processor list, ensure your account email is current in your Datassier account settings. All sub-processor change notifications are sent to the account owner's email.
